Frequently asked questions
Do I need an account?
No. You can use Helix without signing up or creating an account.
Where does my data come from?
From the Apple Health information you choose to authorize. Sections can be empty when related data is not available.
Is the TestFlight beta free?
Yes. Taking part in the TestFlight beta does not cost anything. The public link opens once Apple approves the external build.
Will Helix have a subscription?
We are preparing a Premium subscription for the public launch, with a 14-day free trial. Final details will be shared ahead of release.
Is Helix a medical device?
No. Helix is intended for personal wellness and fitness insights, not diagnosis or medical treatment.
